Oregon Commission on Children and Families
The Oregon Commission on Children and Families (OCCF) is the largest umbrella advocacy group for children and families in Oregon. Created by legislation in 1993, and further defined by SB555 in 1999, OCCF promotes positive outcomes for children and families through a process driven by local decision-making.

Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration

SAMHSA's mission is to build resilience and facilitate recovery for people with or at risk for substance abuse and mental illness.

Office of National Drug Control Policy
The principal purpose of ONDCP is to establish policies, priorities, and objectives for the Nation's drug control program. The goals of the program are to reduce illicit drug use, manufacturing, and trafficking, drug-related crime and violence, and drug-related health consequences.

Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America
CADCA's mission is to strengthen the capacity of community coalitions to create and maintain safe, healthy and drug-free communities. CADCA supports its members with training and technical assistance, public policy advocacy, media strategies and marketing programs, conferences and special events.

Oregon Progress Board
The National Association for Children of Alcoholics (NACoA) invites Drug-Free Communities and other CADCA coalitions to apply for a six-month mini-grant to help create support services in their communities for children of alcohol or drug dependent parents (COAs), who are at a high risk of developing alcohol and drug abuse problems.

Children First of Oregon
The Oregon Progress Board is an independent state planning and oversight agency. Created by the Legislature in 1989, the Board is responsible for monitoring the state's 20-year strategic vision, Oregon Shines. The 12-member panel, chaired by the governor, is made up of citizen leaders and reflects the state's social, ethnic and political diversity.

Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention
Juveniles in crisis—from serious, violent, and chronic offenders to victims of abuse and neglect—pose a challenge to the nation. Charged by Congress to meet this challenge, OJJDP collaborates with professionals from diverse disciplines to improve juvenile justice policies and practices.

Old Mill Center for Children and Families
Old Mill Center for Children and Families is a community based family oriented center helping children of diverse backgrounds maximize their potential through specially designed education and therapy programs.

The Parent Enhancement Program (PEP)
PEP provides supportive services to young parents in Benton County, helping them strengthen their parenting abilities, acquire life skills, form social networks, attain school and employment goals, and improve their family’s well-being.
