Anyone interested in filing as a candidate for Benton County Commissioner or Benton County Sheriff would do so at the Benton County Elections Office located in the basement of the Benton County Courthouse on 4th Street in Corvallis.

Those interested in filing as a candidate for Benton County District Attorney or any of the Circuit Court judicial offices would go the Secretary of State's office located across the street from the State Capitol in Salem.
