To be legally emancipated, a juvenile must be at least 16 years old and self-supporting. The juvenile must first contact the Juvenile Department and then file an application and a filing fee with the Court.

June 7, 2009 Oak Creek: Forests, Farms and Football— 1st Annual Water Fair!!

Benton SWCD has done it again! An amazing, fun, musical time and great turnout at this event that is sure to be around next year! The Benton County Water Project Table was demonstrating the OSU-Sea Grant/Watershed Extension Model and Well Model with help from the 'Water Dog'! Some Pictures are shown below. This was a First Annual Event! So come and have some fun at this paper free event led by the the Benton Soil and Water Conservation District next year!

 

December 11, 2008 - Wells and the Well Being of Oregon
A one-day symposium was held at the Northwest Viticulture Center by OSU Institute for Water and Watersheds, OSU Sea Grant/Watershed Extension, State Water Resources Department.
