Groundwater Model Fun at the Fair

Water Project booth at the Benton County FairEver wonder how water flows beneath our feet? Or maybe how aquifers and wells work?  Maybe you’re interested in learning about the way pollution spreads through groundwater?

Well if you had a chance to visit the Benton County Fair you probably caught a glimpse of the Benton County Water Project Booth, displaying the Water Cycle and Groundwater Model.

The Water Model demonstrated by Adam Stebbins at the Benton County Fair Water Project boothAdam Stebbins, Benton County Water Project Coordinator was out to show off the Oregon State University Watershed Extension model from Kids Day to closing.

The model was a big hit with the kids and adults alike.
