Benton County Voters' Pamphlet

Voters' pamphlet are not published for every election.

Filing forms must be typed or typed information attached to form.

The forms below are in fillable pdf format. The pdf forms can be viewed using Adobe Acrobat© Reader, which may be downloaded for free (offsite link, opens in new window). You may complete the forms on your computer by tabbing through the fields and filling in the appropriate information. These forms can also be obtained at the Elections Office 120 NW 4th St, Room 13, Corvallis, OR 97330.

Once the forms have been completed, print them for submission either in person or by mail. An original signature is required. If there is a fee, forms of payment are in cash or check. Please make checks payable to Benton County Elections.
