To be legally emancipated, a juvenile must be at least 16 years old and self-supporting. The juvenile must first contact the Juvenile Department and then file an application and a filing fee with the Court.

Daycare Center Inspections
The Benton County Environmental Health Division provides health and sanitation consultations and inspections for daycares licensed by the State of Oregon Employment Department, Child Care Division.
