Food Service Advisory Committee

The Food Service Advisory Committee (FSAC), pursuant to ORS 624.550, makes recommendations to the Benton County Board of Commissioners and evaluates the effectiveness of food service statutes relating to licensing; inspections and re-inspections of restaurants; license revocation, suspension, closures, sanitation, scores; and county delegation (administration, enforcement, fees). FSAC is comprised of seven (7) members five (5) are food service operators, and two (2) are from the general public.
