Public Health – HIV Care & Prevention

          Case Management Services

Ryan White Program is for persons living with HIV and affected loved ones. Services may include HIV education, information and referral, advocacy, case management, and home visits. Limited emergency financial assistance is also available. For further information, contact 541-766-6656.

Off-site Rapid HIV Testing Information

Free and anonymous Rapid HIV testing is available Monday through Friday by appointment.  Persons interested in testing can schedule an appointment by contacting Benton County Health Department's outreach worker at 541-740-0405.  Additional testing sites in the community include:

Tuesday from 1:30 pm to 5 pm:
First Christian Church (downtown, opposite Central Park), corner of 6th Street and Madison Avenue.

Friday from 10 am to 2 pm:
West Minster House (next to Barenaked Tanning Salon), 101 23rd Street and Monroe.

                    Harm Reduction

           /Needle Exchange Services

On-call service is available Monday through Friday. Clients must contact an outreach worker at 541-740-0405 to set up an appointment and make arrangements for an exchange location.

The Community Planning Group meets periodically through the year at:
