Contracts

The Benton County Health Department Contract Services program provides administrative oversight of the 150+ contracts the department enters into every year. Oversight responsibilities include providing technical support to the contractors in regard to contract language, contract requirements, reporting of outcomes of contracted services and the timely payment to contractors.

Payments are generally made within 30 days of submission of an invoice or time log, unless a specific contract details otherwise.

Intergovernmental Agreements

See Agreement #134302 (PDF), the 20011-13 Intergovernmental Agreement for the Financing of Community Addiction Services and Mental Health between Benton County and the State of Oregon acting by and through the Oregon Health Authority. This Agreement has been included by reference in all Benton County subcontracts for mental health and addiction services.
