Benton County Community Health Centers –
About Your Visit

All Community Health Center clinics are open to everyone who needs medical services. Males and females of all ages are welcome.

How Much Does it Cost?

The Community Health Centers charge on a sliding fee discount, which means that you only pay what you can afford, as determined by your income and family size (to help you determine what your cost might be, you may download the income worksheet in Excel format). Teens do not need to include their parents' income. Condoms are always free and we won't hassle you if that's all you need or want from us. Most important, no one is denied services because of inability to pay.

Do I Need an Appointment?

Yes. All clients are seen by appointment. Some same-day appointments are available. See our contact page for operation hours and our facilities page to find the health center location near you.

What Should I Expect When I Get There?

First we will ask you to fill out forms that will tell us about your income and medical history. Then the clinician will talk to you about what you need and answer your questions. You may or may not have an exam, depending on your needs. Appointments last from 10 minutes to one hour. A receptionist can tell you about how long your appointment will take.

You may want to fill out some of the forms in advance.  See our forms page for registration and records documents.
