Located in the Public Services Building (Health Department), Benton Health Center is a place where children, families and other adults in the community can come for medical care. Treating people of all ages, the Benton Health Center staff consists of Physicians, a Pediatrician, Family Nurse Practitioners, and Women's Health Nurse Practitioners along with medical support staff. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8 am - 5 pm

Wednesday: 11 am - 7 pm

Health Care Costs and Insurance

Clients will be seen with or without health insurance. There is a sliding-fee scale based on gross monthly income. For those clients with insurance, insurance companies can be billed. If you qualify for Oregon Health Plan (OHP), FHIAP, or FPEP, you can receive assistance with the application process.

Health Care Services

Benton Health Center offers primary care, well child checks and reproductive health services. The clinic also sees clients for physicals for camp, sports, and the Oregon Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Appointments for routine health care or for acute health problems such as illness and injury can be scheduled by calling 541.766.6835.
