Health Care Costs and Insurance

Clients will be seen with or without health insurance. There is a sliding fee scale based on gross monthly income. For those clients with insurance, insurance companies can be billed. If you qualify for OHP, FHIAP, or FPEP, you can receive assistance with the application process.

Health Care Services

East Linn Health Center offers primary care services. The clinic also sees clients for physicals for camp, sports, and CDL licenses. Appointments for routine health care or for acute health problems such as illness and injury can be scheduled by calling 541-451-6920.
