Located in the southeast corner of Lincoln School's parking lot, Lincoln Health Center is a place where children, families and other adults in the community can come for their medical care. Treating people of all ages, the Lincoln Health Center staff consists of a medical doctor and a family nurse practitioner, along with medical assistants and office staff. Same day appointments are available. Hablamos español.

Travel south from Corvallis on Highway 99, one block south of Alexander Avenue. Lincoln Health Center is located in the southeast corner of Lincoln Elementary School's parking lot.

Monday, Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Wednesday: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Health Care Costs and Insurance

Clients will be seen with or without health insurance. There is a sliding fee scale based on gross monthly income. For those clients with insurance, insurance companies can be billed. If you qualify for OHP, FHIAP, or FPEP, you can receive assistance with the application process.

Health Care Services

Lincoln Health Center offers primary care and reproductive health services. The clinic also sees clients for physicals for camp, sports, and Oregon Commercial Driver's License. Appointments for routine health care or for acute health problems such as illness and injury can be scheduled by calling 541-766-3546.
