Located in the south corner of Monroe Grade School's parking lot, Monroe Health Center is a place where children, families and other adults in the community can come for medical care. Treating people of all ages the Monroe Health Center staff consists of a medical doctor and a family nurse practitioner, along with medical assistants. Travel south on Highway 99, to Dragon Drive. Turn right into Monroe Grade School. Monroe Health Center is located in the south corner of Monroe Grade School's parking lot.

Wednesday: 1 pm - 6 pm

Health Care Costs and Insurance

Clients will be seen with or without health insurance. There is a sliding fee scale based on gross monthly income. For those clients with insurance, insurance companies can be billed. If you qualify for OHP, FHIAP, or FPEP, you can receive assistance with the application process.

Health Care Services

Monroe Health Center offers primary care and reproductive health services. The clinic also
sees clients for physicals for camp, sports, and Oregon Commercial Driver's Licenses. Appointments for routine health care or for acute health problems such as illness and injury can be scheduled by calling 541-847-5143.
