Medical Director Dr. Clark is board-certified in Internal Medicine. She studied biochemistry at Michigan State University, and received her medical degree from Wayne State School of Medicine in Detroit in 1978. She did her internship at Detroit Medical Center and residency at both Maricopa County Hospital in Phoenix and University of Arizona Health Services in Tucson. She has practiced medicine in a variety of settings, including academic, primary care, college health, and hospitalist work. She continues to work as a hospitalist at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center. Her passion is holistic primary care and preventive medicine.. |

Family Medicine Dr. Williams attended the Medical College of Georgia. After finishing his residency at West Virginia University Department of Family Medicine, he started practice at United Physician’s Care in Elkins, West Virginia. He moved to Oregon in 2002 and practiced Family Medicine with Samaritan Health Services in Lebanon before joining the Benton Community Health Center in October 2005. |

Pediatrics Carolina Amador has been a board certified pediatrician for over five years. She is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish, and is currently seeing patients at the Benton Community Health Center. Dr. Amador sees patients from 0-18 years and care includes well child exams, sick visits, consultations, and adolescent health. Adolescents may be seen for yearly physicals, sick visits, family planning, or sexual health issues. Dr. Amador’s professional interests include Latino health, breastfeeding, and health disparities. |
Family Medicine Dr. Sansome grew up in Minnesota. He graduated from the University of Minnesota Medical School and then completed his internship at Emanuel Hospital in Portland, Oregon. He has been board certified in Family Medicine since 1976. He moved again to Oregon to be near his family. Dr. Sansome’s special interests include: travel medicine, family planning and men’s health. |

Pediatrics Dr. Le is a graduate of the University of California, School of Medicine and has a dual specialty of Infectious Diseases and Pediatrics. Dr. Le’s work experience includes staff physician for Kaiser Permanente; advisor for the Research Center for Gender, Family & Environment in Hanoi, Vietnam; AIDS prevention program consultant for the Center for Disease Control; and infectious disease consultant for the Benton County Health Department. Dr. Le, a Corvallis resident, is fluent in English, Vietnamese, and French and is in the process of learning Spanish. |

Family Medicine Dr. Embry is originally from northern New Mexico, and was educated at the University of Washington, University of Colorado, University of Utah and Christian Albrechts University in Germany. He received an MD from the University of New Mexico and completed internship and residency in Family Practice at the University of California – Davis. He has been Board Certified in Family Practice for over 25 years, and has practiced in Northern California, British Columbia, Washington and Oregon. He has a long standing interest in psychosocial and behavioral aspects of medicine, as well as making health care more readily available for all. |

Family Medicine Dr. Bradford is a Family Practice physician who enjoys seeing entire families, from newborns to their great grandparents. She is board certified in Family Medicine and Preventive Medicine/Public Health. She completed medical school in 1996 at the University of Vermont, and then completed her residencies in Family Medicine and Preventive Medicine, as well as a Master’s in Public Health, in St. Louis. She worked at Kaiser in Sacramento for 3 years before moving to a rural town in Northern California where she worked for 5 years at a Community Clinic, taking care of patients at the hospital as well as in clinic. Her passion is educating patients and parents about their bodies, how to stay well, and how to work together to manage illness. She has twin sons and enjoys walking, hiking, bike riding, reading, dancing, gardening, and practicing Spanish. |

Family Medicine Dr. Cornwell studied Spanish, French, and pre-med at the University of Oregon, and received his medical degree from Oregon Health Sciences University in 1999. He completed his post-graduate training at Via Christi Family Practice Residency in Wichita, Kansas. He has been board-certified in Family Medicine since 2003. During that time he has worked in Oregon and West Africa. Dr. Cornwell enjoys family medicine because he can take care of people of all ages. He would love to see improved access to healthcare, both locally and globally. During his spare time he enjoys camping on the Oregon coast with his wife and three children. |
