Community Health Center locations are open to everyone who needs medical services. Males and females of all ages are welcome.
Benton County Health Centers are designed to be patient-centered medical homes. We strive to provide care that meets the needs of patients and provides continuity of care with a regular health care provider. We offer a broad range of primary care services to address existing medical needs and also emphasize education, prevention and screening to improve the health of our patients.

Note: All of our services are completely confidential. Teens don't need parental permission to receive services.
The Community Health Centers charge on a sliding fee discount, which means that you only pay what you can afford, as determined by your income and family size (teens do not need to include their parents' income). No one is denied services because of inability to pay.
