  • If you are applying for more than one position, complete a separate application for each position.
  • Applications must be received by Human Resources no later than 5:00 p.m. on the closing date printed on the recruitment announcement.

  2. Education - Provide your education information.
  3. Skills - Itemize specific job skills you possess as they relate to the position you are applying for.
  4. Employment History - Provide your employment history.
  5. Electronic Signature - Electronically sign your application.
  6. Attachments - Save plain text versions of your supplemental material with your application.
  7. Verify / Print Application - Verify the information you have entered & print a copy for your records.
  8. Submit Application - The final step to having your application considered.

During the application process, you can use the step identification links at the top of each page to navigate to any already completed section of the application to make changes. However, once you submit, there are no further edits possible. In addition, until you submit your application or the recruitment closes, you can Save your application and return to complete it at a later time.
