The following services are provided by Benton County and the Juvenile Department.
The Juvenile Department does not provide therapeutic counseling services for youth or their families.
It is the policy of the Juvenile Court and Juvenile Department that juveniles be accountable for restitution for personal or property damages resulting from a law violation. (more)
A youth may receive Community Service hours through Court ordered probation or by entering into a Formal Accountability Agreement with their Juvenile Court Counselor. (more)
