Upcoming Meetings

A HCP Stakeholder Advisory Committee meeting was held on Tuesday, November 3rd. The meeting was a work session to review the public comments received during the 30 day comment period that ended October 7th.  Please check back for the date and time of the next HCP Stakeholder Advisory Committee meeting.

The public is welcome to attend and participate in all Stakeholder meetings.

Purpose

The Stakeholder Advisory Committee will provide the HCP working team with information, comments and advice on preparation of the HCP.  Specific points the Stakeholder Advisory Committee will provide input on will include:

  • Discussing activities to be covered by the the incidental take permit
  • Outlining the coverage area of the incidental take permit
  • Identifying potential reserve areas
  • Reviewing and commenting on the draft HCP and draft NEPA (National Environmental Policy Act) documents

Committee Members

The Stakeholder Advisory Committee is composed of representatives from regulatory agencies and public interest groups, as well as private landowners and other interested individuals or groups.  See list of current SAC committee members
