Benton County Natural Areas and Parks –
Picnic Reservations
Park areas are heavily used from May - October. The following sites are available to reserve for small or large group functions. Reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please reserve early to ensure that your requested date and group area are available.

Group Picnic Area Reservations
Reservation Process
Reservations can be scheduled at the Benton County Parks Office located at 360 SW Avery Ave., Corvallis, Oregon or by calling 541-766-6871. Reservation requests are accepted beginning the first working day in January for the current year, during business hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Reservation Request
We recommend that you submit your reservation request at least 30 days prior to your gathering and encourage you to submit your request as far in advance as possible. We only reserve for the current year, and requests are accepted beginning on the first working day in January.
Phone-in Requests
Phone-in requests are encouraged. If the Parks staff is on the phone or away from their desk, you are welcome to leave a request by voicemail message and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
Confirmation Process
The computerized reservation form and packet will be mailed to you. Reservation fees are due within two (2) weeks after completion of your request. Payment may be made in person or by mail. Please bring in or mail your payment with signed reservation forms to:

Rescheduling
Reservations canceled due to inclement weather may be rescheduled for another date at no additional cost. Your reservation will be rescheduled if an alternate date and location can be identified.
