Courthouse Preservation Committee
The Courthouse Preservation Committee meets to advise and assist the Benton County Board of Commissioners to preserve the historical integrity of the County Courthouse.
Mission of the Courthouse Preservation Committee
The purpose of the Benton County Committee is to advise the appropriate authority on all issues regarding the historical integrity of the courthouse in order to maintain its significant character in perpetuity. The committee will also be responsible for guiding county personnel in preserving the building's historical artifacts and maintaining the grounds to compliment the courthouse.
