South Third County Service District Monthly Sewer Rates

Below are the current rates and charges for the South Third County Service District sewer services.

• Operation/Maintenance: $36.65 per equivalent living unit per month.
• Capital Sink Fund: $3.35 per equivalent living unit per month.
• Late Payment Fee: A $15.00 late payment fee will be charged to sewer customers when payment is not received (approximately 45 days from the original billing).
