The Benton County Sheriff’s Office Civil Division serves legal court documents and responds to all legal processes directed to the Benton County Sheriff's Office. A few examples of legal court documents served by the Benton County Sheriff's Office are: small claims, protection orders, subpoenas, summons and complaints, summons and petitions, and other court documents. Other civil duties include seizing property, selling property, property evictions and other responsibilities as ordered by the courts.
