5/14/2013 10:39:01AM 710 block NW CALLOWAY DR CORVALLIS UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA LESS THAN ONE OUNCE On May 14, 2013, Deputies cited a 17 year old male for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana Less than One Ounce.
5/14/2013 9:26:16AM 140 block S 2ND ST ALSEA DISTURBANCE On May 14, 2013 at about 9:30 AM Deputies responded to a possible domestic at 140 block S. 2nd Street, Alsea. Deputies saw saw no evidence of physical injury on either party and they were warned for disorderly conduct because nearby neighbors could hear them arguing.

Deputies arrested KENNETH CLEVELAND (58 yoa) for Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Menacing – Domestic Violence, and Reckless Endangering x 5.

5/13/2013 2:33:52PM 140 block S 2ND ST ALSEA DISTURBANCE On May 13, 2013 at about 2:30 Deputies responded to a possible domestic dispute located at 140 block S. 2nd Street, Alsea. Verbal argument.
5/13/2013 9:15:43PM 620 block COMMERCIAL ST MONROE MENACING, STRANGULATION and HARASSMENT On Monday May 13, 2013 at approximately 9:15 pm, Deputies arrested WADE LLOYD (49 yoa) for Menacing, Strangulation and Harassment.
5/13/2013 4:27:17PM 550 NW HARRISON BV CORVALLIS WARRANT ARREST On Monday, May 13, 2013 at 4:27 PM, Deputies arrested GREGORY POWELL (29 yoa) for a confirmed warrant out of Benton County for Abscond Supervision.
5/13/2013 3:00:10PM 120 NW 4TH ST COURTHOUSE CORVALLIS WARRANT ARREST On Monday May 13, 2013 at about 3:00 pm Deputies arrested CHARLIE CALIFF (22 yoa) for a confirmed warrant out of Benton County Circuit Court warrant for FTA harassment/FTA II.

5/12/2013 1:01:29PM NW HIGHWAY 99W AND NW CIRCLE BV CORVALLIS WARRANT ARREST On May 12, 2013 at about 1:00 PM Deputies arrested RIKKI PHILLIPS (30 yoa) for a confirmed warrant for Felony Abscond.
5/11/2013 10:04:58PM 400 block 5 SE 3 MILE LN CORVALLIS ASSAULT 4TH DEGREE – DOMESTIC On May 11, 2013 Deputies arrested JOEL MCCRADY (66 yoa) for Assault in the Fourth Degree – Domestic.
5/11/2013 2:36:44PM 25400 block SPRINGHILL DR MONROE ASSIST FIRE On Saturday, May 11, 2013 at 2:36 PM, Deputies located smoke and smoldering remains of an unattended burn pile at the at 25400 block Springhill Drive. There was a county-wide burn ban in effect at the time. Personnel with Monroe Fire extinguished the burn pile at the residence on Springhill Drive as well as one located at 2500 block Alpine Road and will be following up with the owners.
5/11/2013 8:53:58AM FERN RD AND SW AIRPORT AV CORVALLIS ACCIDENT INJURY Vehicle #1 was northbound on Fern Road at approximately 50 MPH approaching the intersection of Fern Road and Airport Avenue. Vehicle #2 was stopped for a stop sign on Airport Avenue facing eastbound at the intersection. Vehicle #2's driver failed to see Vehicle #1 approaching the intersection due to heavily shading by trees on Fern Road. Vehicle #2 attempted to cross the intersection by going straight and hit Vehicle #1's left rear door, partially spinning Vehicle #1. The driver of Vehicle #1 was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital
5/10/2013 1:31:43AM NW 6TH ST AND NW JACKSON AV CORVALLIS DUII, RECKLESS DRIVING and RECKLESS ENDANGERING On Friday, May 10, 2013 at about 1:30 a.m., Deputies KOUA MOUA (20 yoa) for Driving Under the Influence, Reckless Driving and Reckless Endangering.
5/10/2013 11:31:11AM 24300 block HEWETT RD MONROE CIVIL PROPERTY DISPUTE On May 10, 2013, Complainant reported a property dispute. Deputies told the complainant the issue was civil and not criminal in nature.

5/10/2013 5:12:05PM NW MONROE AV AND NW 5TH ST CORVALLIS DWS MISDEMEANOR, DUII OF DRUGS and WARRANT SERVICE: On Friday, May 10, 2013, at about 5:12 PM, Deputies arrested JOCELYN CHARLEY (23 yoa) for Driving Under the Influence and for a confirmed warrant out of Linn County for Probation Violation. Deputies cited KEITH NEWSOME (28 yoa) for Driving While Suspended.

5/9/2013 10:39:58AM 1700 block NW ALTA VISTA DR CORVALLIS WARRANT ARREST, RESISTING ARREST and INTERFERING WITH PEACE OFFICER On Thursday, May 9, 2013, at about 1:40 PM, Deputies arrested PHILLIP SANDERS (45 yoa) for Resting Arrest and Interfering with Peace Officer after he actively resisted arrest and was tased. SANDERS was arrested on a confirmed warrant out of Benton County Circuit Court for Burglary in the Second Degree and Criminal Mischief II.

5/8/2013 6:52:02PM 525 NW MONROE AVE CORVALLIS UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE On Wednesday May 8, 2013 Deputies were dispatched to 525 NW Monroe. A Case Monitor found methamphetamines in clothing belonging to Zachery Morgan. On May 9, at approximately 7:22 am Deputies arrested ZACHERY MORGAN for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine.

5/7/2013 8:27:01PM 6610 block NW GRANDVIEW DR CORVALLIS DISTURBANCE On Tuesday, May 07, 2013, at about 8:30 p.m., Deputies responded to 66110 block NW Grandview DR in Corvallis for a disturbance complaint. Deputies determined it was a Landlord and Tenant issue.
