| 5/22/2012 7:15:12PM NE HIGHWAY 20 AND NE ASBAHR AV CORVALLIS FAILURE TO PERFORM DUTIES- ANIMAL On May 22nd, 2012 at about 7:13 PM, Deputies were dispatched to the intersection of Highway 20 and Asbahr Avenue for a report of a Hit and Run of a dog. The complainant’s dog, a mini pincher, was struck by a white Ford Ranger pickup with a black canopy. The driver did not stop. The dog lived and had some scratches. |

| 5/21/2012 6:16:26AM N 5TH ST AND KELLY ST MONROE FAIL TO PERFORM DUTIES-PROPERTY On Monday, May 21, 2012 at about 7:00 AM, Complainant reported a red Dodge Durango hit the telephone pole behind Jake's Bar and Grill. The complainant reported the driver of the Durango got out of the car, looked at the bumper and then drove off and headed south bound on Highway 99W. |
| 5/20/2012 3:22:49PM SANTIAM RIVER AND WILLAMETTE RIVER TALBOT - BEACHED BOAT RECOVERY On May 21, 2012 at 3:30 PM while patrolling the Willamette River on Marine Patrol, Deputies spotted a jet boat that was stuck on a gravel bar at the confluence of the Santiam River and the Willamette River. The owner of the boat beached his boat while entering the mouth of the Santiam river from the Willamette river. Deputies helped him push his boat into deeper water. |

| 5/20/2012 3:50:24PM HIGHWAY 99W AND MP 95 MONROE DRIVING COMPLAINT On Sunday, May 20, 2012 at 3:50 PM, dispatch broadcast an attempt to locate on a BMW bearing California plates for speeding and passing unsafely near Highway 99W & Greenberry Road. The vehicle had been stopped and the driver warned by Corvallis Police approximately five minutes earlier for poor driving. Deputies captured the vehicle on radar at 72 MPH on Highway 99W near Mile Post 95. Deputies stopped the vehicle and cited the driver, for Violation of Basic Rule (Speed) and informed her she had been called in again by motorists for her driving behavior. |

The driver ALEXANDER SULLIVAN (21 yoa) was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital for his injuries by REACH. Deputies responded to the Hospital and conducted a DUII investigation. Deputies arrested SULLIVAN for Driving Under the Influence. |

| 5/19/2012 2:45:45PM 33900 block MARYS RIVER ESTATES RD PHILOMATH SUSPICIOUS PERSON On Saturday, May 19, 2012 at 2:45 PM, Complainant reported a blond haired male with facial scarring in his early 20's had come to her house selling possibly fraudulent magazine subscriptions. The Complainant described the male as wearing a green t-shirt with text on it and jeans. Deputies were unable to locate the male, who gave his name to complainant as “JACK PERKINS.” |

The animals were healthy. The owner surrendered one pregnant female cat. The Animal Control Deputy made plans to return in five weeks and collect any kittens which had not found homes. The Animal Control Deputy took the cat to the Heartland Humane Society where she was impounded |

The warning was for allowing her dogs to charge onto the street and scare a woman walking her dog. The dogs were not licensed so a deadline was given to get that completed. |

Both dogs were intact males wearing nylon collars. One was a scruffy Schnauzer. The second was a black and white bearded collie-type. Neither dog had a tag nor were micro-chipped. |

Deputies drove to the dog owner's residence, no one was home. Deputies called and left a message for the dog owner. Deputies transported the poodle to Heartland Humane Society. The dog did not have a Benton County Dog License. |

On Monday, May 14, 2012, around 9:40 P.M., Deputies arrived at Highway 34 near milepost 57 for a traffic crash. The driver, John Caldwell (19 yoa), was driving west on Highway 34 in his vehicle when he lost control. Deputies arrested JOHN CALDWELL for Reckless Driving and Unlawful Possession of Meth. Caldwell and cited for Driving Uninsured. |

Complainant reported seeing what appeared to be a grave site on a trail going into the McDonald Forest. Deputies went there and saw that someone had simply dug out a 3x3 ft hole in the ground and that it was not a grave. |
