Benton County Sheriff's Office – Fingerprinting (non-criminal)

Fingerprints are collected using Livescan.  Livescan is a computer-based printing software that does not require ink.

Getting fingerprinted for employment, civil matters or a concealed handgun permit:

Fingerprinting is done on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Please bring with you a valid government-issued identification (i.e., driver's license or passport).  Fingerprint cards are provided for those who do not have their own.  Please do not write on the print card.  Wednesday is the only day that the Sheriff's Office fingerprints for concealed handgun permits.

Fingerprint Cost:

Only cash or checks are accepted.  Fingerprinting conducted by the Benton County Posse and the Benton County Reserves costs $15.00 per print card and $5.00 for subsequent print cards.

Fingerprinting is done for Concealed Handgun Licenses on Wednesdays ONLY - no fee will be collected.

Agencies requesting Livescan fingerprints for employment:

Please print and fill out the top portion of the Benton County Sheriff's Office Reserves Livescan Fingerprint Form.  The applicant will have to bring this form with them to get fingerprinted.
