Benton County Sheriff's Office – Permits

Concealed Handgun Permit

Citizens are required by law to have a permit to carry concealed handguns. These permits are issued by the sheriff's office of the county in which the person carrying the handgun resides.

Citizens must apply for concealed handgun permits and renewal. See more information, including permit cost and processing schedule.
