Select Search Type & Enter Search Criteria

Select the information field you want to search on.
Enter the value you want to search for in the selected information field.
Enter the lowest tax lot number to be included.
Enter the highest tax lot number to be included.
E.g., 12/11/2023
Set the earliest sales date to include in the search.
E.g., 12/11/2023
Set the latest sales date to include in the search.
Enter the lowest sales price to be included.
Enter the highest sales price to be included.
Enter the city in which the propery sold.
Select the property code you wish to limit your search to.

Enter the address of the property you are looking for. Street addresses may be entered in part (i.e. "5th" will match 5th, 25th and so on), or in whole (i.e., "205 NW 5th"). Please note that city of Albany addresses in Benton County have their directional indicator AFTER the street name/number (i.e. "Gibson Hill Rd NW"). Also, abbreviate road type designations; "AVE" for Avenue, "ST" for Street, "DR" for Drive, "PL" for Place, "RD" for Road, "CIR" for Circle, "BLVD" for Boulevard.

Enter the name of the property owner you are looking for;last name followed by first name. You may enter a partial name or a complete name in that format (i.e., "S", "Sm", "Smith", "Smith j" or "Smith John" will all find any properties owned by a SMITH John, a SMITH John Q, etc.).

Enter a 6-digit number with leading zeros (i.e., 060123).

Enter a 7-digit Map # (i.e., 12504A0) and either a single tax lot (in the "From Tax Lot #" field) or a range of tax lots by also filling out the "To Tax Lot #" field (i.e., 100 to 999). This example would yield a search on 12504A000100 to 12504A000999.

Provide as much or as little information as you want to base your search on. The more information you provide, the more restrictive your search will be and the fewer results you will receive.
