County Fair tickets now on sale

Make a Splash at the Benton County Fair and Rodeo on August 1-4, 2018! Fair admission and carnival tickets are on sale now. Beginning at 11 a. m. on Wednesday, August 1 and running until midnight on Saturday, August 4, this year’s County Fair has carnival rides, 4-H livestock, amazing performers, live music, and three nights of rodeo.
Live Stingray Encounter
In celebration of our “Make a Splash” theme, the fair will be hosting a Live Stingray Encounter. Yes, you can touch them! Educators will be on hand to teach visitors all about these fascinating animals.
Wildlife Wendy and her Tropical Birds
Wildlife Wendy will be performing three times a day, providing an up-close and personal experience with trick-performing macaws and parrots.
Miss Annie’s All the World’s a Stage
Miss Annie will be offering a bi-lingual interactive children’s area with face painting, puppet shows, and more!
In addition to two nights of exciting NPRA sanctioned rodeo (August 2 and 3), for the first time we will be presenting the Larry Bell Memorial All Girls Rodeo on opening day of the County Fair (August 1).
OMSI Science Festival
In the commercial building, the Oregon Museum of Science & Industry (OMSI) will host an all-ages science festival with equipment and interactive brainteasers guaranteed to thrill youngsters and perplex adults.
Retro Gaming Room
Gamers will be ecstatic to relax in the Retro Gaming Room where they will find a gaming set up, complete with Xbox, Wii, foosball, Ms. Pacman, and pinball.
Oak Grove Stage
The Oak Grove Stage will return with Karen Quest Cowgirl Tricks, Jerry Harris Master Hypnotist, Twisty & Friends magician, and Greg Frisbee comedy juggler. The Oak Grove Stage will also host the Willamette Valley Fiddle Contest, Benton County’s Talent Search and our karaoke competition.
The Pioneer Telephone Main Stage Concerts are free with your paid admission to the Fair. Seating in the outdoor venue is first come, first serve. The Main Stage will feature great live music by headliner performers each night:

Benton Oaks Tap House
It’s the hottest place to cool off at this year’s Fair. Our tap house will feature 18 taps of local and craft beers and ciders from local breweries. Beer enthusiasts will love the Benton Oaks Tap House almost as much as they love hops.
