Benton County Stormwater Management Plan

This plan was developed by Benton County staff from Community Development, Environmental Health, and Public Works in 2007. The Stormwater Management Plan was adopted by the Benton County Board of Commissioners and is being reviewed by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality. Periodic updates to the plan were completed in 2011, 2020 and 2022 as required by State and Federal law (see OR DEQ Permit Renewal Application Package requirements below).
