Current regulations for the production, processing, wholesaling and retailing of industrial hemp can be found in this Industrial Hemp Uses by Zone Table
The production of medical marijuana is allowed wherever a "farm use" is allowed - same as industrial hemp. Patients are able to pick up their marijuana from the grow site or a dispensary. No processing or wholesaling can occur from the grow site.
