- Benton County Water Quality Implementation Plan (adopted 2008)
- Annual Reports: each year Benton County is required to submit annual reports to Oregon DEQ providing updates on the progress, issues, or changes have been implemented as part of the current Water Quality Implementation Plan.
- Five Year Review
- Starting in 2013, Benton County underwent a Five-Year Review by Oregon DEQ. Proposed changes to the Water Quality Implementation Plan are provided for review.
- The most recent 5 year review was completed in 2018, and the next 5 year review is due in 2023.
