County Buildings and Services

Updated 10/11/2021

Effective Monday, August 30, Benton County's lobbies will be closed to the public until further notice. Our community members can conduct business with the County online, via email or over the phone.

These service adjustments are made in response to an increase in COVID-19 cases and a rise in hospitalizations throughout the County and entire state, and is the latest measure taken to help reduce possibilities for exposure. However, there are some services that require individuals to visit our offices in-person. In those limited cases, we ask that you make an appointment prior to arriving at our offices. A full list of how services will be available by department is available here. The community can expect enhanced safety COVID-19 safety measures at County facilities.

These safety measures include:

  • Physical and plexiglass barriers at public service counters.
  • As needed, markers indicating 6 ft of distance at public service counters to prevent crowding in indoor spaces.
  • Additionally, the County will continue to regularly clean high touch surfaces.
