HOPE Policy Recommendation #7 - Resource Center
Facilitate and support the creation of a Resource Center.
Support service providers in the creation of a strategically placed resource center where people can meet with representatives from multiple service organizations and access supports to prevent or transition out of homelessness.

- The South Benton Food Pantry is growing to become the Kepi Nak-Nak Resource Center in Monroe, which will serve as a centralized hub for the community to access service providers and resources. Services may include food assistance, healthcare supports, housing navigation, utility assistance, education, childcare, support for victims of domestic violence, and more.
June 2021 - June 2022
- United Way is convening community partners to coordinate efforts for a Navigation Center.
- Corvallis Daytime Drop-in Center expanded staff capacity and data reporting as a low-barrier resource hub.
