The Benton County Maternity Case Management Program provides appropriate health and needs assessment and education.
Maternal & Child Health Case Management
Services may include:
- Nutritional assessment and counseling related to pregnancy
- Development of service plan addressing the client's needs
- Prenatal and postpartum education
