Services

The following services are provided by Benton County and the Juvenile Department.

The Juvenile Department now provides a limited amount of free therapeutic counseling services for clients.

It is the policy of the Juvenile Court and Juvenile Department that juveniles be accountable for restitution for personal or property damages resulting from a law violation.

A youth may receive Community Service hours through Court ordered probation or by entering into a Formal Accountability Agreement with their Juvenile Court Counselor.

The purpose of victim-offender mediation is to provide the opportunity for offenders and victims to meet.

The Benton County Juvenile Department conducts ongoing skill building groups aimed at increasing practical life management skills.

The Youth Litter Patrol Program is a collaborative effort between the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) and the Benton County Juvenile Department.
