FILE NUMBER: LU-22-023. NATURE OF REQUEST: Applicants request a farm-help dwelling for a relative of the farm operator on an approximately 64-acre property. REASON FOR THE APPEAL: The applicant is appealing the Community Development Department’s findings and conclusion that the application does not meet Benton County Code 55.120(1)(b), and it’s decision to deny the application.
