The Coast to Valley Express is jointly-operated with Lincoln County Transit and provides multiple daily trips between the Willamette Valley and the Oregon Coast, connecting cities like Newport, Corvallis, and Albany. Stops are provided in rural areas as well, including Toledo, Eddyville, and Philomath and connections to the Amtrak Cascades train network can be made from the Albany Amtrak Station.

The Coast to Valley Express is part of the Northwest Connector Network, a five-county transit alliance providing coordinated transportation for northwestern Oregon. Buses have bicycle capacity and are ADA-accessible with a wheelchair lift. For more information, visit nwconnector.org!
