The Coast to Valley Express is jointly-operated with Lincoln County Transit and provides multiple daily trips to and from the Oregon Coast, connecting cities like Newport, Corvallis, and Albany. This bus has stops in outlying and rural areas as well like Toledo, Eddyville, and Philomath and connections to the Amtrak Cascades train network can be made from the Albany Amtrak Station.
