Alarm Permit

Residential and commercial users of burglary alarm systems in the unincorporated areas of Benton County may obtain an Alarm Permit. There is no charge for the permit. The Alarm Permit provides the Deputy responding to your home or business with information he or she may need to know when on-scene. 

How To Obtain A Permit

To obtain an Alarm Permit from the Benton County Sheriff's Office, please download and completed the Alarm User Permit Form in "Supporting Documents" below. Once completed, mail it to:

Update Your Information

If your contact or other key information changes, please submit a new, updated Alarm User Permit Form (see "Supporting Documents" below). This will ensure that, in an emergency, 9-1-1 dispatchers, Deputies, and responsible parties have the most current information about your alarm system.
